The Fairbanks Ice Dogs may be on the road through the holidays, but the Ice Dogs office, located at 139 32nd Ave. (right behind Enterprise Car Rental on S. Cushman), will be open for holiday shopping through Dec. 20.
There will be several discounted gift ideas during office hours. The office will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 10-14. Special Saturday hours on Dec. 15, when the office will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The office will resume hour Dec. 17-20, when it will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It will be closed from Dec. 21, 2018 to Jan. 2, 2019.
There are some great deals to be had, including $100 off game worn jerseys. As of this posting there are some very high profile player jerseys available. Great deals also on throwback jerseys, hoodies and ball caps. Great stocking stuffer ideas as well, including license plate covers, spinners, pop sockets and sticker sheets.
The Dogs are coming off a weekend where they fell 3-0 to Janesville, but bounced back for a 6-2 win over Chippewa on Saturday. The Dogs are tied with Janesville with 33 season points, seven back of division leading Minnesota. They remain on the road through the holidays with games against Springfield, Chippewa and Janesville. Their next home game comes Jan. 11, 2019 when the Dogs host the Junior Blues.
