FAIRBANKS—The Fairbanks Ice Dogs had a dismal power play before they faced the Minnesota Magicians on Friday afternoon in the North American Hockey League Showcase in Blaine, Minnesota.
The extra-skater sessions proved to be extra fuel in the Schwan Super Rink for the unbeaten Ice Dogs, who won 6-2 against their former rival in the Midwest Division.
