FAIRBANKS—Marc Sullivan got his first goal as a Fairbanks Ice Dog during the team’s successful North American Hockey League season-opening road trip.

On Friday night in the Big Dipper Ice Arena, the newcomer left wing from Eden Prairie, Minnesota provided the first goal in the Ice Dogs’ first game of the season in their home rink.

Sullivan’s contribution paved the way for a 5-2 win over the Kenai River Brown Bears in the Midwest Division rivalry and third game of this season’s Ravn Alaska Cup Series.
