Tyler Voigt – Fairbanks Ice Dogs

Fairbanks forward Tyler Voigt struck for three goals and three assists as the Ice Dogs fashioned a 2-1 mark against Fresno. On Wednesday, the Rochester, Minn., native tallied a goal in a 3-2 loss. Two nights later, the 19-year-old put home a goal and an assist as the Ice Dogs bested the Monsters, 4-3. On Saturday, Voigt added another goal and two more assists, including one onMatt Millis’ game-winning marker, in a 6-5 triumph.

“Tyler’s a great worker who plays hard for us every night,” said Ice Dogs head coach Josh Hauge. “He had a big weekend for us when we needed him to step up and we’re counting on more solid efforts from him down the road.”
